我公司技術人員可（kě）以提（tí）供發電（diàn）相關方案並免費派技術人員到電站現（xiàn）場（chǎng）勘（kān）測，根據現場（chǎng）實際情況，提供可以滿（mǎn）足設計和施工（gōng）要求的相（xiàng）關電站平麵布置、循環冷卻係統（tǒng）工藝流程、機組安裝、機組基礎、電氣一次接線等技術支持，提高項（xiàng）目（mù）效率，節省資金投入。

My company's technical staff can provide electricity related solution and send technical personnel to the plant organizing site survey for free, according to the actual situation, providing the relevant power plant layout which can meet the requirements of design and construction, circulating cooling system process unit, unit installation, foundation, an electrical wiring and other technical support, improve the efficiency of the project, to save the capital investment.

售中服務 Pre-sale service

派專業技術人員到現場（chǎng）免費指導（dǎo）發電設備、電站輔助係統及相關設備的安裝；免費對機組進行調試直至驗收（shōu）合格；免費對用戶操作維護人員進行技術培訓。貴方也可派技術骨幹到我廠培訓，免費（fèi）提供食宿，學會（huì）為止。

We will send our technician to the site to guide you the installation of generator set, subsystem and relative equipment. We will debug the generator set till it can generate power successfully. We will also supply a technical training to the operators. You also can send your staff to our company. We can train you till you can operate the generator set and during this time we can offer you board and lodging free of charge.

售後服務 After-sale service

● 采取按地區分片負責，定期或不定期巡回服務和訪問，采取無償技術服務，包括設（shè）備調試、故障排除、技術谘詢、技術支持、協助維護保養等；

● “三（sān）包”期內屬質量問題將提供無償服務（wù）（人為原因損壞除外、易損（sǔn）件（jiàn）除外）；

● 累計（jì）運行 1500 小時或一年保（bǎo）修服務（以先到為（wéi）準），終（zhōng）身維修；

● 在接到服務信（xìn）息後（hòu） 2 小時內給予響應；視用戶機組（zǔ）故（gù）障程度服務人員 4-12 小時內起程前往故障現（xiàn）場；

● 當機組出現故障時，我公司（sī）以“先處理問題，盡快恢複機組運行，後分（fèn）析原因”服務原（yuán）則，及時準（zhǔn）確處理現場質量問題，確保為（wéi）用（yòng）戶（hù）贏得最大（dà）的經（jīng）濟效益。

◎ In our company, different people is in charge of different area, we will response periodically and support you technical service free of charge, include equipment debugging, fault eliminating, technical consulting and support , maintenance assistant, etc.
◎ For the quality problem, we will service for you free of charge during the guarantee period (except damage caused by human factors, except vulnerable parts).
◎ 1500 running hours or one year warranty (which comes first) and lifetime maintenance.
◎ Respond within 2 hours after receiving service information; Service personnel shall depart to the fault site within 4-12 hours according to the fault degree of the user's unit.
◎ Insisting on principle of" solving problem first, trying to recover the generator set as soon as possible and then analysis the reason",we solve quality problem in time when genset doesn't work. We insure to help our clients to gain the biggest economic profit.
